Experiencing Italianni’s New Twists to Old Hits

I posted last 19th of November about Italianni’s New Twists to Old Hits, and now, I have the chance to experience it.

With four known people - a professional photographer, and SEO specialist, a mommy blogger and a fashion blogger - here in Cagayan de Oro, we shared a very sumptuous meals and dessert.

Italian Truffle Fries

Thinly sliced potatoes chips drizzled with Truffle Cream Sauce and served with a signature dip of mayonnaise and truffle paste. The taste of the truffles are the best twist for this all time favorite.

Smoked Salmon and Dill Pizza

The smoked salmon captured my interest. The crust is thin and crispy. Made with Cream Cheese, Goat Cheese and Gorgonzola Dill Sauce.

Peperoncino and Chorizo Pasta

Fresh spaghetti pasta tossed in olive oil, bacon, (shrimp), olives, and lots of pepperoni and Chorizo slices. One thing that captured my taste is the pepperoni and chorizo have a very tasty homemade taste. I really love oil based pasta and this is the best!

and to save the best for last, Strawberry Cheesecake.

Frozen Strawberry New York Cheesecake - brace yourselves for sensitive teeth pain attack - with strawberry sauce on the bottom and a scoop of whip cream on the side. Masarap pero nakaka ngilo.
